A high-performance ultrasonic thickness gauge that measures film thickness on metals, resins, glass, wood, and concrete, and supports simultaneous measurement of up to three layers.
The CX216 is an ultrasonic thickness gauge that can measure coatings on various substrates, including iron, aluminum, resin, rubber, glass, FRP, ceramics, wood, and concrete. Unlike electromagnetic and eddy current thickness gauges, a major feature is that it does not depend on the material of the substrate. It is capable of measuring the thickness of a wide range of objects, regardless of whether they are metallic or non-metallic.
It can individually measure up to three layers of thickness and also supports simultaneous measurement of thickness and substrate (base material). The measurement range is broad, allowing for up to 5.5mm with epoxy paint and approximately 15mm with steel materials.
The CS216 is an ultrasonic thickness gauge that supports multilayer thickness measurement while being affordably priced, ensuring stable measurement results for anyone.
